Wisconsin welcomes you sign at he state border.jpg

What does the future hold?

Expansion.

Growing up in Wisconsin has been such an experience. I am a true advocate for Wisconsin living. Winters can get rough, winters can start early, however there's still so much beauty in the state of Wisconsin. I've met so many agents that sell real estate in multiple states, which initially was my plan. Then I thought to myself, "why not work towards becoming available in multiple areas of our beautiful state?"

That's in the plans for the near future. In addition to providing real estate services in Ozaukee. I'll extend my services to Kohler, Lake Geneva, Green Bay, Lake Winnebago & Madison with a local team that will be able to help enhance the real estate experience for our clients all over the state.

Lifestyle in Wisconsin

Ozaukee

Mequon has really elevated over the last several years. The Mequon Pavilions, Foxtown campus and the Mequon Public Market along with Spur 16's development. There's so much to do for wellness, the Stretch Lab opened its first location in Wisconsin right in Mequon. The Joint Chiropractic entered the Mequon Pavilions in 2021 as well. The Pavilions houses majors in wellness such as ATI Therapy, Massage Envy & D1 Training, just to mention a few. Along Port Washington Road & Mequon Road, you'll discover the most popular fitness establishments;  Orangetheory Fitness, Cyclebar, Club Pilates, Fred Astaire Dance Studios & there's so much more. Did I mention I belong to just about every fitness and wellness club in town?

Let's explore food in Mequon-Thiensville, there's a plethora of restaurants in town and yes I've visited just about all of them. You have so many decisions starting with; Cafe 1505, Mequon Public Market, Foxtown, The Annex at Foxtown, Mr. B's, A Bartolotta Steakhouse, The Cheel, Daily Taco + Cantina, Skippy's Burger Bar, First Watch, Zarletti, St Paul Fish Co, and so much more. Mequon-Thiensville is a foodie's paradise.  If you keep driving, Thiensville also has new housing developments coming online soon. Are you ready for your move yet?

Why stop there? Let's keep driving and that's where you'll enter into the city of Cedarburg. It's been named one of the safest areas to live in. Downtown Cedarburg is where you'll discover unique shops such as Ashley's Confectionery, Brunch, Cedarburg Popcorn Company, Pink Llama (special art pieces), Maxwell's, PJ Piper, Stilt House, North 48, Creekside Antiques, the Farmstead and so much more. Highway 60, you'll come across Circle B Recreation, Skateland, Toast & Cedar Creek Motorsports! Then car shopping at 5 Corners Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep & Ram Truck and so much more.  If you decide to keep driving depending on which way you'd turn, you'd then enter Grafton. Grafton is currently having an economic boom, some of your favorite stores are housed in Grafton, Sendik's, Meijer, Target, Kohl's, Men's Wearhouse, Ulta, Blair's Farm & Fleet and Dick's Sporting Goods. Grafton hosts a variety of entertainment options for bars, restaurants & social activities; Water Street Brewery, Milwaukee Ale House on 13th Ave, Juice’s Ghost Town, Martini Pete’s, Flipside Cafe & Grill, The Stillery with a host of so many options. If you enter onto I-43, you'll take an exit near Port Washington, the newly built beautiful condos completely compliments the town. The enhancements that have been added to Port Washington over recent years makes it a destination place for anyone who's looking to live and have nearby entertainment. Some of the most unique restaurants are housed right in Port Washington; Yummy Bones Barbecue, The Steerage Dining Saloon,  Beanies Mexican Restaurant, Inventor's Brewpub, Fork & Tap, Tello's Grill & Cafe, Twisted Willow, Schooner Pub, The Pasta Shoppe, Dockside Deli, John’s Pizzaria, are you ready to drive to  the unlimited options of restaurant in Port yet? I’m hungry now, are you?  I could write a book about Ozaukee county, which also includes Saukville, Fredonia, Belgium & Waubeka.

Kohler

Welcome to the Golf Capital of the world! Maybe of Wisco, but have you been to the FIVE DIAMOND, FIVE STAR AMERICAN CLUB RESORT in Kohler? Did you know the resort includes the renowned Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run golf club? Dare to go pro? You have to start in Kohler! Let's start with food since we're talking about golf and having a good time. Of course the Blackwolf Run Restaurant is where you'd start with their variety of meat options. There’s great views overlooking the river and golf course. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Blackwolf Run. Few others to mention are; The Horse & Plow, Taverne on Woodlake, The Immigrant Restaurant & The Greenhouse. What's living in the Golf capital like? Fitness, first stop is the Sports Club Core, Yoga on the lake, a little more commute gets you to Fire Fitness Camp in Sheboygan. We know how you'll spend your summers, but how's life in the winter in the Golf Capital? Many residents enjoy snowshoeing, ice skating, curling, hockey, fat tire biking, & cross-country skiing. What's super amazing about Kohler is you can live modest & luxurious. Are you ready to move to Kohler? I'll go golfing with you, now I may just hold onto your drinks and watch, however I'll still go!

Lake Geneva

Where to go in the summer or weekend getaways in Wisconsin? Welcome to Lake Geneva, some of the best views I've witnessed. Everything luxurious and relaxing is right in Lake Geneva. Many new residents from out-of-state will consider Lake Geneva as their first home of choice when moving to Wisconsin or having a second home. It's amazing for destination weddings, boating, fishing, or strolling along the banks, that's just to mention a few things. Lake Geneva hosts some of the finest restaurants and hotels. Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, The Abbey Resort & Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva just to mention a few. Let’s explore food options; Geneva Chophouse, Sopra Bistro, Anthony’s Steakhouse & Seafood, Crafted Italia, Hunt Club Steakhouse, Cafe Calamari, Pier 290, Oakfire, and I could write a Christmas list of restaurants to visit in Lake Geneva. You could spend a month touring Lake Geneva, Williams Bay and surrounding cities just doing a food tour, in moderation if you're counting calories. That’s why it makes a perfect second home option.

Looking to get away from the norm on the weekends, this is definitely the place to own a second home or condo. You'll probably find me there too, especially in the fall and winter with their amazing Ice Castles. Fontana, Powers Lake, Genoa City, Pell Lake, Williams Bay, Lyon & Springfield all surround Lake Geneva.

Milwaukee

Let’s go Bucks!!!! The gorgeous new Fiserv Forum arena right in downtown Milwaukee is in fact a reason to live near or right outside of Milwaukee. Downtown has been transformed to compliment this championship arena! Milwaukee has so many desirable surrounding areas around it. There’s a personality area for everyone;  if you’re looking to explore the finest luxury, then you’d stop in River Hills, Whitefish Bay, Brookfield & Elm Grove, these areas will give you the best value when it comes to luxury. Your midwest Beverly Hills are the hidden gems right in these areas. Milwaukee North Shore has  villages and towns like Germantown, Brown Deer (where I grew up), Fox Point, Bayside, Glendale & Shorewood that’s higher end modesty. West Bend gives you the best of both worlds, luxury or modest living. If you keep driving, you’ll find some fun and amazing housing along with entertainment in Wauwatosa, Greenfield, Hales Corner, Waukesha, New Berlin, Franklin & Oak Creek. Living in Milwaukee or surrounding areas affords you a lifestyle of unlimited social entertainment, restaurants, sporting activities with it hosting the home stadium for the Milwaukee Brewers. Each town has its own unique local restaurants and social outings, if I listed them all, we’d be into the year of 2090! You can always shoot me a text for the best recommendations or if you’re looking to move into these areas! Always one phone call away.

Lake Winnebago

Welcome to Wisconsin's largest lake, 28th largest in the country! I’d also like to call this special lake area “A Fisher’s Paradise”  If you love to fish, this is where you’ll want to be! There’s NO DEBATE!  You’ll want to visit High Cliff State Park, they have camping, walking trails, boat launch and a swimming beach. They also have very nice walking trails along the cliffs. If you have small children or just for exploring, you’ll want to visit Menominee Park Zoo, where there are a few exotic animals, admission is free. You must visit the EAA Aviation Museum too, a really amazing place to learn and see all types of planes. The children's spot is very nice for everyone and you can sit in a jet! In the summer it's better because they open the outside hangers and you can take a trolley to see even more planes. Let’s explore some food options, some favorite’s are Sunset on the Water, amazing food and portions with a side of the beautiful views. Wendt’s on the Lake is amazingly known for their fish fries, along with some amazing local beef burgers!  Dockside Tavern, TJ’s Harbor Restaurant, Jim and Linda’s Lakeview Supper Club, Chalice, South Side Ice Yacht Club, Mara’s Brazilian Cuisine, & Ground Round at River’s Edge. There’s so many options for food, we’d have to make a new website just to explore all food options. Perfect area for all of your water retreats!

Green Bay

Titletown, USA!!!!! Green Bay, where most of us Packer Backers spend most of our weekends  during the season. Huge Packer fan checking in right here! Green Bay is perfect for raising a family, football fans & modest living. Green Bay's biggest attraction is Lambeau Field, such the football town and it is complemented by amazing restaurants & shopping attractions. Just to list a few, you have Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Republic Chophouse, 1919 Kitchen & Tap, Chefusion, The Pancake Place, Fox Harbor, TJ Maxx, Ross For Less, Target, Homestead Decor, WalMart, Meijer & it's so much more I could mention. Entertainment options are endless; Chuckie Cheese, Bay Park, Extreme Entertainment, Oneida Casino, Stadium View (my favorite), Edge VR Arcade & Gamers Lounge, Green Bay Escape, Meyer Theater, Green Bay Distillery, and so many nightlife options. It's a tight knit community as well. I live in Green Bay on the weekends for Packer football. I actually lived in Green Bay consistently for a couple years as well. I expect to remain a resident in Green Bay along with other areas long term. Green Bay is surrounded by Ashwaubenon, Allouez, De Pere, Howard, Suamico, Bellevue & Kaukana. The major educational attractions are UW-Green Bay & St. Norbert's College.

Madison

Welcome to the Capital of Wisconsin! It's a college town, with UW-Madison being hosted in Madison. However, Madison is such a beautiful place. I lived here the weekends I'd go to Badger games because well, you can't just go for a day, the full experience is the entire weekend. College football fans, this town is heaven for you. You can visit the state capitol, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Henry Vilas Zoo, Chazen Museum of Art and entertainment in this city is simply endless, there's a bar for everyone, literally. There’s a fun social for everyone happening somewhere, your most exciting weekends will always be when the Badgers have a home game for sure. It makes you want to live in Madison forever. Badger pride is unmatched!

Madison is surrounded by Fitchburg, Middleton, Verona, Sun Prairie, Stoughton, Monona, all which have unique personalities that’s fit for anyone who desires to live in Madison.
